As a Lithuanian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will provide excellent support to Lithuanian-speaking players, ensuring they have an outstanding gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries from Lithuanian-speaking gamers via chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate and resolve player issues efficiently and empathetically.
-   Collect player feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams to enhance game features and support quality.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support tickets.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve support processes and player experiences.
-   Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support knowledge base materials.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with players.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
