### Job Summary

We are a trucking brokerage company seeking a detail-oriented **Pricing Coordinator** to support our logistics and operations team. This role is responsible for accurately entering shipment details into our pricing portal, generating rate calculations, and communicating pricing information to internal team members.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Accurately enter shipment dimensions, weight, and related details into the company pricing portal
-   Verify shipment information for completeness and accuracy before submission
-   Use the internal portal to calculate pricing for shipments
-   Send finalized pricing details to designated team members in a timely manner
-   Maintain organized records of pricing and shipment data
-   Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding rates and shipment details
-   Follow standard operating procedures and data entry guidelines

## Requirements

-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Basic understanding of logistics, freight, or trucking operations (preferred but not required)
-   Comfortable working with online portals and data entry systems
-   Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
-   Good written communication skills
-   Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, web-based tools)
