## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Counselor**

**Summary**  
We are looking for Licensed Therapists in Minnesota to provide telehealth therapy to adults with low-acuity mental health needs. This role combines professional flexibility with the chance to make a measurable difference.

**Schedule & Compensation**

-   Monday through Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
-   $100,000 – $110,000 annually
-   Full benefits package

**Key Duties**

-   Deliver secure video-based therapy sessions
-   Develop individualized care plans and adjust as needed
-   Track progress and support behavioral change
-   Maintain detailed, accurate case documentation

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
-   At least 2 years of clinical experience
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting
-   Strong communication and technology skills
