## Description

We are currently seeking a **self-motivated and reliable individual** to assist with a variety of physical tasks to help keep our shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate is **team-oriented**, detail-focused, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Clean, wash, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and rent-ready.
-   Complete bin clean-outs and general yard clean-up while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-   Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are rent-ready
-   Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
-   Load, unload, move, and organize equipment and materials throughout the yard.
-   Assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.
-   Identify and communicate equipment issues and assist with inventory and supply tracking.
-   Work collaboratively with the team, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
-   perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

## Requirements

-   Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment
-   Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-   Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
-   Commitment to workplace safety protocols and procedures
