## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Financial Analyst** to support strategic decision-making at a UK-based business. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll analyse financial data, build models, and deliver insights that drive business performance.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts
-   Build and maintain financial models for planning and reporting
-   Prepare monthly management reports with commentary for senior leadership
-   Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
-   Identify trends and variances and present findings clearly

### What You'll Need

-   3+ years in a financial analysis or FP&A role
-   Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling
-   Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or similar
-   Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
-   Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R28,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
