## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Cybersecurity Company, based in Greece. In this critical role, you will assist our Czech-speaking customers by providing them with top-notch support related to cybersecurity products and services.

Your fluency in Czech will be essential in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience as clients navigate our secure solutions. You will be at the forefront of helping clients protect their digital assets while contributing to a culture of safety and security.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity inquiries
-   Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management
-   Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
-   Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and support requests
-   Gather customer feedback to improve products and enhance service delivery
-   Stay updated on industry trends and developments in cybersecurity

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
-   Prior experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
-   Able to handle multiple inquiries while delivering a high standard of service
-   Detail-oriented and highly organized
-   Genuine interest in cybersecurity and a desire to help customers secure their digital environments
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
