## Description

XMSTART is looking to add an experienced and strategic full-time **Directorate Action Group (DAG) Specialist** at to our team, in **Chantilly, VA**. This position is **100% onsite**.

## Requirements

**Security Clearance:**

-   **Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph required**
-   Reinvestigation date within 7 years if not an active NRO employee

**Education:**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in any focus

**Responsibilities:**

-   Manages high-level actions and facilitating senior discussions
-   Supports key decision-making processes within the Systems Enterprise Directorate (SED)
-   Tracks and manages executive actions
-   Prepares and delivers concise briefings
-   Maintains critical reporting tools such as SED’s Weekly Activity Reports and the customer's watch list
-   Facilitates senior-level meetings, ensuring leadership is well-prepared with read-ahead materials
-   Action item tracking, and clear documentation
-   Oversees the technical review of correspondence, support Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act requests and contribute to the development of strategic communication products

**Qualifications:**

-   3+ years of relevant experience
-   Strong organizational skill and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-   Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable deliverables

**Desired Qualifications:**

-   Excellent oral and written communication skills
-   Experience in tasking/actions control programs (TIER)
-   Strong written correspondence skills
-   Ability to synthesize complex actions and adhere to tight deadlines
-   Ability to communicate to internal (or external) collaborators with different backgrounds and disciplines
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-   Deliver on commitments be reliable, highly organized and structured
