We’re looking for an experienced **Senior Operations Manager** to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You’ll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring outstanding client service – all while leading and developing a high-performance team.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Lead operational strategy to meet and exceed campaign goals and SLAs
-   Drive sales performance with clear KPIs, coaching, and incentives
-   Build strong client relationships through regular reporting and engagement
-   Optimize processes, adopt digital tools, and improve productivity
-   Lead, inspire, and develop operational teams for long-term success
-   Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements

## Requirements

-   Matric
-   A Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations or campaign management, with at least 2 years in a management role
-   Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans; advanced reporting and analytical capability
-   Experience in cost optimization, budgeting, and profitability tracking
-   Proven track record managing large, multi-layered sales operations teams
-   Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tool, with the ability to collaborate across departments
-   Strong understanding of BPO operations, sales conversion levers, and contact centre dynamics
-   Performance Management Expertise
-   Strong stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally
-   Clear criminal record
