## Requirements

-   Proven Experience: At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on application development projects.
-   Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical concepts related to application development.
-   Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
-   Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-   Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
-   Tools: Experience with business analysis and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
-   Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
-   · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
-   · 4 to 7years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
