### What You'll Do Every Day

-   **Be the Problem Solver:** Handle incoming calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with everything from remote troubleshooting to setup questions (like how to connect a smart washing machine or program an advanced oven).
-   **Provide Premium Support:** Help customers locate the right spare parts, find serial numbers, or coordinate service appointments with local technicians when needed.

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native or C1-level Dutch fluency, combined with a good command of English (B2) for your training and systems. (Bonus tip: Miele love meeting the team, so representatives will drop by during your training to welcome you!)
-   **Tech Comfort:** Good general PC skills and a basic, everyday curiosity about how things and gadgets work.
