## Description

AHS, a premier luxury real estate developer, is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead and oversee our procurement processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and services for our upscale residential projects. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of procurement best practices within the real estate development sector.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and company objectives.
-   Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor identification, qualification, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
-   Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
-   Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs and project timelines.
-   Evaluate supplier performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate procurement risks.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle.
-   Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization.
-   Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
-   Prepare and present procurement reports, metrics, and analyses to senior management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
-   Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably within luxury real estate development or construction industries.
-   Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
-   Proven track record in managing complex procurement projects and achieving cost savings.
-   Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
-   Experience in vendor assessment, risk management, and compliance.
-   Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
