**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Depositary Controls professionalto join our Securities Team within the Back Office Operations Department as **Senior Depositary Controls Specialist (F/M/D)**

By joining this role, you will be collaborating daily amongst others with the Fund Services Department of the Bank and you will be liaising with Clients, Counterparties and the Regulator for the completion of your activities. You will primarily focus on Oversight and Controls related to AIFs and UCITS relevant regulations

**Your key responsibilities will be:**

Reviewing, monitoring and controlling:

o   Subs/Red control: Reconciliation of outstanding units/ review amounts paid and received / late trading control, etc.;

o   NAV calculation: Cash reconciliation / Benchmark and NAV variation / Stale Prices / valuation of positions / performances fees / accrued income, etc.;

o   Investment restrictions: in-depth review of the accuracy and exhaustiveness of the rules parametrized / understanding and review of the reports / follow up on the remediation of breaches;

o   Timely Settlement

o   Distribution of Income: checking accuracy and completeness of the dividend calculation and payment performed by TA;

o   Cash Flow, Financial Statements / LFR;

o   The reconciliation between the Fund records and the different counterparties (other assets);

o   The Fund expenses and related calculations;

·         Preparing Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence performed on Mancos / AIFs / AIFMs and Due Diligence on Delegates;

Preparing and maintaining Internal Reporting and Regulatory Reporting to CSSF/BCL as applicable;

## Requirements

**You will be a great candidate if you:**

·         Have deep knowledge and experience in the whole process of NAV calculation and Fund administration in general

·         Have 10 years of professional experience within Fund Services Administration/ Operations

·         Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or relevant principles.

·         Have knowledge T24 (Temenos wealth platform) and SWIFT messaging will be a plus

·         Have excellent command of English and French language.

·         Have problem-solving abilities, accountability, strong team working skills and a result- oriented mindset.

·         Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver information in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude
