**Service Assistant-** 1226 S Glenstone Ave, Springfield, MO 65804

Appointment Setter/Customer Service career opportunity!

**Hours for Service Assistant:** 

-   No Sundays!  
-   5-day workweek schedule  
-   Full-time (40 hours a week)
-   Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

**Responsibilities of a Service Assistant:** 

-   Answer incoming phone calls 
-   Log customer details & comments into the system
-   Schedule appointments  
-   Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction 

**Requirements of a Service Assistant:**
