Senior Full Stack Engineer

📍 Mohali | Night Shift | 5 Days Working

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in CRM Development, API Integrations, and Middleware Architecture. The candidate must have hands-on experience in building and integrating CRM systems with scalable web applications and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

\- Build and customize CRM systems, workflows, automations, and pipelines

\- Develop CRM integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware

\- Work on Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho / Odoo / Insightly or similar CRMs

\- Build scalable backend services and integration layers

\- Develop web applications using MERN Stack technologies

\- Collaborate with business and technical teams for workflow automation

\- Handle cloud deployment, authentication, logging, and performance optimization

Required Skills

\- React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript

\- REST APIs & Third-Party Integrations

\- AWS / Cloud Infrastructure

\- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL

\- CRM Building & Integration (Mandatory)

\- Strong system design and debugging skills

Experience Required

\- 4–8 Years of Full Stack Development Experience

\- Must have delivered CRM or workflow automation projects

\- Experience with API-driven backend systems is mandatory

Preferred

\- Experience in SaaS, Solar, FinTech, or Operations-driven industries

\- Serverless architecture experience is a plus
