## Description

**Full Stack Developer (Node.js / Next.js)**

-   **Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)**
-   **Employment Type: Full-Time**
-   **Salary: Up to RM 9,000 per month**
-   **Nationality: Malaysian Citizens Only**
-   **Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days**

**About the Role**

**We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern web application development using TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, AWS services, and automated testing frameworks.**

**As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to complete a coding assessment covering the technical skills listed below. Candidates without exposure to these technologies are unlikely to succeed in the assessment.**

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.**
-   **Build and integrate APIs using GraphQL.**
-   **Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.**
-   **Implement and maintain automated testing for applications.**
-   **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.**
-   **Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.**
-   **Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.**

**Required Skills**

**Core Technical Skills**

-   **TypeScript**
-   **Node.js**
-   **Next.js**
-   **GraphQL**

**AWS Experience**

**Hands-on experience with:**

-   **AWS Lambda**
-   **DynamoDB**
-   **Amazon SQS**
-   **AWS Secrets Manager**

**Testing Experience**

-   **Unit Testing using Jest or Vitest**
-   **End-to-End (E2E) Testing using Playwright or Cypress**

**Experience Requirements**

-   **Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in:**

-   **TypeScript**
-   **Node.js**
-   **Next.js**
-   **GraphQL**
-   **AWS Services**

-   **Minimum 6 months of experience in automated testing using:**

-   **Jest or Vitest**
-   **Cypress or Playwright**

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   **Strong understanding of software development best practices.**
-   **Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.**
-   **Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.**
-   **Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.**
-   **Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.**
