## Description

**LOCATION: Coventry**

**SHIFT PATTERN: Mon - Fri, 42.5 hours per week**

**SALARY: Competitive**

**Job Purpose**

The Operational Support Administrator supports day-to-day operational delivery across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, effective workforce coordination, and accurate reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Support**

-   Provide administrative and operational support across multiple sites.
-   Assist with coordination of site activities.
-   Travel between sites as required.

**Health & Safety & Compliance**

-   Maintain Risk Assessments (RAMS).
-   Ensure COSHH compliance.
-   Manage incident reporting and tracking.
-   Support audits and compliance checks.
-   Reporting & Data Analysis
-   Produce operational reports.
-   Analyse data for trends and improvements.
-   Build reports using Microsoft Excel.

**Staffing & Workforce Planning**

-   Create and manage staff rotas.
-   Monitor staffing levels and escalate issues.

**HR Support**

-   Support absence tracking and employee records.
-   Assist with onboarding administration.

**Supply Chain & Logistics**

-   Liaise with suppliers and manage stock.
-   Support procurement and deliveries.

**Meetings & Communication**

-   Organise and lead meetings.
-   Track actions and communicate updates.

**Key Requirements**

-   Knowledge of RAMS, COSHH, and incident reporting.
-   Experience in data analysis and report building.
-   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
-   Experience managing staff rotas.
-   Understanding of health & safety compliance.
-   HR administration experience.
-   Supply chain experience.
-   Ability to lead meetings.
-   Full UK driving licence and own transport
