Mercier Consultancy MD is offering an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Content Moderator to work in Greece with a paid relocation package! This role allows you to experience life in a beautiful Mediterranean country while helping to maintain a safe and positive online community. As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and supports a healthy user environment for Italian-speaking audiences.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
-   Accurately classify content and make informed moderation decisions based on established guidelines.
-   Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content, escalating when necessary.
-   Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation practices.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and uphold quality standards.
-   Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation and community safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is beneficial.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
