We are looking for a **Tech Lead – Solutions & Technology Advisory** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining **hands-on software development, technical leadership, and client interaction**.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of management experience, but rather a technically confident professional who is ready to take on broader responsibilities, guide others, and contribute to technology decisions.

**Responsabilities:**

-   Actively participate in software development, contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of technical solutions.
-   Support and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and good development practices.
-   Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
-   Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.
-   Participate in client meetings, providing technical insights and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
-   Explore new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, and identify opportunities to integrate them into existing or new solutions.
-   Support technical discussions during early project stages, helping assess feasibility, requirements, and potential approaches.

## Requirements

-   **3+ years of professional experience** in software development.
-   Solid understanding of software engineering principles, development best practices, and application architecture.
-   Experience or familiarity with modern web development technologies.
-   Knowledge of **JavaScript/TypeScript** and technologies such as **React, Next.js, or Node.js** is highly valued, but not mandatory.
-   Interest in **Artificial Intelligence**, including AI-powered tools, automation, or AI-driven solutions.
-   Ability to understand technical challenges and propose practical, scalable solutions.
-   Good communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients.
-   A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and mentor less experienced developers.
-   Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
