## Description

**About Infoquest**

Infoquest is a fast-growing expert network firm serving 2,500+ consulting client users across global consulting firms. We help consulting teams access hard-to-reach experts for live projects, diligence work, market studies, and strategic decisions — and we're now investing in building out our content and brand presence to match our growth.

**The Content Creator Role**

As a Content Creator, you'll be the person behind the camera and the editor for everything Infoquest puts out. This role centers on a recurring content cadence: each week you'll shoot and edit long-form interviews and shoots that also get repurposed into several short-form pieces for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, alongside trendy 30-second reels, and a casual coffee-chat style video introducing a different employee each week. Once a month, you'll run a larger, multi-topic shoot with the CEO covering different expert-network subjects, edited down into multiple standalone pieces across our channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role; you'll be given clear direction and own everything from filming through publishing, with a supportive role in ideation.

**What You'll Do**

- IQ Edit: Shoot and edit a weekly internal-employee interview (long-form), repurposed into 3-4short-form cutdowns for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Trend Reels: Produce two trendy or funny 30-second reels weekly for Instagram (primary) and YouTube Shorts
- Coffee Break: Shoot and edit a weekly casual coffee-chat video introducing a different employee each week
- CEO Deep Dive: Run one larger monthly multi-topic shoot with the CEO on expert-network subjects, edited into multiple standalone pieces
- Co-schedule shoots with the CEO, employees, and any external subjects involved
- Direct subjects on-camera, pacing, delivery, retakes, across interview and casual formats
- Edit all footage into platform-ready long-form and short-form assets, including captions, basic motion graphics/text overlays, and thumbnails where needed
- Publish and schedule finished content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Stay on top of platform trends and adapt formats quickly when something is working

**What We're Looking For**

- Proven short-form and long-form video portfolio
- Comfortable directing and filming people on camera, in both interview and casual settings
- Strong editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar); motion graphics a plus
- An eye for trends, able to spot what's working on Reels/Shorts and adapt it fast
- Reliable and consistent; this role runs on a fixed weekly/monthly cadence, not open-ended scope
- On-site role in Beirut (gear provided upon request)

**Bonus Points If You Have**

- Experience filming executive or leadership interview content
- Videography experience (headshots, event stills, profile assets)
- Experience building recurring branded content series, not just one-off videos

**Who Will Succeed in This Role**

- You're execution-focused and comfortable working from a blank slate
- You can hit a recurring weekly cadence without it feeling like a grind; consistency is the job
- You have a sharp eye for what makes content watchable: pacing, hooks, and platform-native feel
- You're self-sufficient across the full pipeline: co-ideate, shoot, edit, publish.

**What We Offer**

- A fast-growing startup environment with a clear, defined content mandate from day one
- Direct exposure to company leadership and internal teams
- Ownership over a recurring content system from filming through publishing
- A scoped, predictable role, clear weekly/monthly deliverables rather than shifting expectations
- Potential to grow into a full-time role leading Infoquest's creative content output, as the function scales

**Our Interview Process**

- Initial Screening Interview: We assess portfolio, background, and experience
- Technical Interview: A task will be assigned for you to prepare and then present
- Final Interview: Assess motivation and culture fit
- Offer Call
