## Description

Job Title: FICC - Repo Trader - VP/D  
  
About Our Client:  
\- Top Chinese securities firm  
  
Location:  
\- Hong Kong  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Execute liquidity management trades, including repos, interest rate and FX derivatives, and short-term investment-grade bonds.  
\- Develop and implement efficient funding strategies and plans, and broaden the firm's suite of funding instruments.  
\- Monitor real-time market movements and liquidity conditions to deliver actionable insights for Asset-Liability Management (ALM) decision-making.  
\- Establish and sustain strong trading relationships with external liquidity providers.  
  
Pre-requisites:  
\- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.  
\- A minimum of 5 years of relevant trading experience (e.g., securities firm, bank, or hedge fund).  
\- Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
