Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a Danish Speaking Content Moderator position based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package! As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Danish, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and supports a respectful digital space.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community standards.
-   Classify and assess content accurately according to company policies.
-   Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and uphold quality standards.
-   Stay updated on content moderation policies and community engagement practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail with consistent application of guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
