## Description

Charger Logistics is hiring a **Freight Sales Representative** to join our growing brokerage team. This is a fully **remote opportunity**, with team operations based in **Chattanooga, Tennessee**—one of the fastest-growing logistics hubs in the U.S.

This role is ideal for individuals early in their careers who are looking to build a strong foundation in **sales and logistics**. You’ll develop hands-on experience in rate negotiation, relationship building, and real-time freight operations, playing a key role in keeping freight moving efficiently across North America.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Source and connect with carrier partners through outbound calls, load boards, and networking
-   Negotiate competitive freight rates while supporting margin targets
-   Match available carrier capacity with customer shipment needs quickly and accurately
-   Manage shipments end-to-end, including tracking, check calls, and issue resolution
-   Provide timely updates to internal teams and customers on shipment status
-   Build strong, long-term relationships with carriers to expand network capacity
-   Ensure carrier compliance, including authority, insurance, and onboarding documentation
-   Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with daily goals

## Requirements

-   **0–2 years of experience** in sales, logistics, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
-   Strong interest in **sales, transportation, or supply chain**
-   Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment
-   Competitive mindset with a strong drive to learn and grow
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-   Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (TMS experience is a plus, not required)
