SmartWave Tech Co. Ltd. is a Riyadh-based systems integrator specializing in professional audiovisual, broadcast, IT and low-current systems. We design, build and operate advanced technology facilities for leading clients across the Kingdom, and we are expanding our operations team.

**The Role**

Own the day-to-day operation of an integrated AV and network environment — the technical backbone behind studios, venues and smart spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**

·       Operate, monitor and maintain integrated AV, audio DSP, video distribution and control systems

·       Administer the AV network layer: managed switches, VLANs, multicast and QoS for media traffic

·       Manage the CMMS/ticketing workflow: triage, assignment, SLA tracking and closure evidence

·       Maintain firmware levels, configuration backups and system documentation

·       Coordinate daily operations with technicians across audio, video, lighting and IT

·       Produce monthly performance and availability reporting

## Requirements

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

·       Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or IT

·       Working knowledge of AV signal flow (audio, video, control) and IP networking fundamentals

·       Familiarity with any of: Q-SYS, Dante/AES67, Crestron/Extron control, Netgear AV/Cisco switching

·       Understanding of CMMS or ITSM ticketing tools (e.g. any ITIL-style workflow)

·       Strong documentation habits and clear written English

·       Industry certifications (CTS, Dante, Q-SYS, CCNA) are an advantage — not a condition

·       Team coordination: daily task assignment, shift planning and workload balancing across technicians

·       Reporting discipline: KPI/SLA reporting, client-facing communication and escalation management

·       **Saudi nationals are preferred.**
