## Description

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Maintain a safe and secure environment for all personnel, visitors, and property.
-   Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment.
-   Control entry to the premises, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, and take appropriate action as needed.
-   Identify and report irregularities, enforce site-specific rules, and manage incidents involving trespassing or unauthorized access.
-   Prepare thorough and accurate reports detailing observations, interviews, and incidents.
-   Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, safety standards, and company policies.

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Valid **Florida Class D Security License**.
-   Valid **Florida Driver’s License** with **reliable transportation**.
-   **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** – fluent in both written and verbal communication.
-   **Smartphone** for communication and digital reporting.
-   Basic **computer proficiency** for documentation and reporting systems.
-   Strong **interpersonal** and **customer service** skills.
-   **Professional appearance and demeanor** at all times.
-   **Flexible availability**, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with willingness to work overtime when needed
