Your Job Duties:

-   Make >75 daily B2B outbound sales calls.
-   Work seamlessly with our sales team, scheduled qualified appointments.
-   Help maintain a clean CRM database of prospective clients

Additional Compensation Opportunities:

-   **Base Salary: $45,000**
-   **Performance-based pay: Earn additional compensation for appointments set and deals closed**
-   **OTE: >$70,000**

## Requirements

-   A high school diploma is a must; a college degree is a plus.
-   Experience in B2B outbound calls or sales
-   Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a detail-oriented mindset.
