## Description

**Position Summary**

As a Massage Therapist at Esther's Wellhouse, you will provide therapeutic and restorative massage services and body treatments that help guests rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. Through professional expertise, thoughtful care, and genuine hospitality, you will create a welcoming experience that reflects the values and service standards of Esther's Wellhouse.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide exceptional massage services in accordance with established treatment protocols.
-   Deliver a variety of massage modalities (deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal).
-   Consult with guests to understand their health history, treatment goals, preferences, and areas of concern.
-   Prepare treatment rooms and supplies according to Esther's Wellhouse standards.
-   Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and professionalism.
-   Educate guests on the benefits of treatments and recommend appropriate services, enhancements, and retail products.
-   Support a seamless guest experience through clear communication and collaboration with spa hosts and team members.
-   Assist with daily spa operations, as needed.
-   Maintain current Kentucky massage therapy licensure and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
-   Perform other duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Active Kentucky Massage Therapy License in good standing.
-   Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and body wellness.
-   Luxury spa experience preferred.
-   Excellent communication and guest service skills.
-   Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a calm spa environment.
-   Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts.
-   Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
-   Ability to work Saturdays.
