## Description

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Support commercial real estate and business acquisitions from initial due diligence through post-closing
-   Coordinate with title companies, escrow, lenders, and internal teams throughout transactions
-   Manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, environmental, and financial review
-   Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and transaction documents
-   Maintain and organize transaction files and corporate records
-   Manage communications with external partners, including vendors, government agencies, and counterparties
-   Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, accounting, and operations teams
-   Prepare materials and support recurring property management and acquisition meetings

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, or a related field
-   Bachelor’s degree required
-   Experience with commercial property transactions, title, and escrow processes
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills

-   **Preferred Background**

-   Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions or M&A
-   Familiarity with tools such as Visual Lease, FinQuery, and Microsoft Office
-   Paralegal certification or legal training (JD or equivalent experience welcomed)

The pay rate for this position is between $70,304 - $85,000, DOE
