## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated FHIR Engineer to join our Healthcare Interoperability team. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based interoperability solutions supporting Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD), Prior Authorization Support (PAS), and integration between enterprise care management applications, EHR systems, and FHIR platforms.

-   Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability.
-   Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams.
-   Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions.

## Requirements

-   Deliver high-quality FHIR services and integrations.
-   Support successful implementation of CRD and PAS workflows.
-   Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability.
-   Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams.
-   Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-   **7+ years** of experience in software development using **.NET technologies**.
-   Strong proficiency in:

-   C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API
-   Entity Framework / ORM tools
-   RESTful services and microservices architecture

-   Good understanding of:

-   Design patterns (SOLID principles)
-   Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
-   Software development lifecycle (SDLC)

-   Experience with **SQL Server** or other databases.
-   Familiarity with **AWS** is preferred.
-   Experience working on **FHIR Project** is mandatory
-   Experience with **version control systems** (Git).

**Preferred Skills**

-   Exposure to **microservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)**.
-   Basic knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
-   Understanding of **security best practices** (authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT).
-   Experience with **performance tuning and monitoring tools**.
