### **Role Overview:**

At **webook.com**, we're building more than a team we're building an organization that can scale. We're looking for an experienced **HR Manager** to partner with leaders across the business and drive both strategic people initiatives and operational excellence.

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy across organizational development, HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations. ### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle.
-   Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance, align workforce plans with business objectives, and support organizational growth.
-   Drive organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, succession planning, competency frameworks, and career development.
-   Lead the execution and continuous improvement of performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and capability-building programs.
-   Manage and enhance HR operations, policies, processes, systems, and governance to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
-   Support HR operations across the company's global workforce, ensuring alignment with local employment laws and the organization's HR framework.
-   Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and support compliance with employment regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
-   Support the HR Director in executing the organization's HR strategy, annual people plan, and key HR initiatives.
-   Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance practices in collaboration with the HR Director.
-   Monitor workforce metrics, HR KPIs, and organizational trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
-   Support workforce planning, organizational change, restructuring, and business transformation initiatives.
-   Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and service-oriented culture.
-   Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers while escalating complex or high-risk cases when required.
-   Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, retention, and talent development initiatives.
-   Drive HR process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to enhance operational excellence.
-   Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other functions to deliver cross-functional people initiatives and organizational priorities.
-   Oversee Government Relations services, including employment-related government transactions, work permits, visas, residency matters, localization requirements, regulatory compliance, and government HR platforms.
-   Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management updates, proactively identifying operational, people, and compliance risks while supporting the HR Director on strategic projects and delegated responsibilities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   7+ years of experience in Performance Management , Organization Development, and Talent Management
-   Hands-on expertise in designing performance systems, job architecture, competencies, and career frameworks 
-   Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change 
-   Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent English skills
-   Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
-   **Certified KPI Professional (C-KPI)** certification is highly preferred 
-   OD or Talent Management certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is a plus
-   Experience in tech, digital, or services-based organizations is a plus
