### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support with professionalism and efficiency.
-   Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure excellent satisfaction levels.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
-   Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
-   Highly organized with attention to detail.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses fully covered.
