Job responsibilities:  
\- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the assigned residence or facility to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized environment.  
\- Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.  
\- Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventories, ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.  
\- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and special projects.  
\- Plan and coordinate events, gatherings, and special occasions as required by the company or residents.  
\- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the premises.  
\- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.  
\- Report regularly to management on household operations, issues, and improvements.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role in a residential or hospitality setting.  
\- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.  
\- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.  
\- Sound knowledge of household systems, maintenance, and best practices.  
\- Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships effectively.  
\- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters.  
\- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.  
\- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required.
