### 💻 What will you do?

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll help customers with questions and issues related to digital products and services from a global tech company.

You'll:

-   Help customers via phone, chat and email
-   Answer questions and find effective solutions
-   Use different digital support and CRM systems
-   Work as part of an international team
-   Gain experience in customer service and tech
-   Take part in training and continuous development

### You don't need to be a tech expert

Never worked in tech before? **No problem.**

You'll receive **fully paid training**, so you'll learn everything you need to get started confidently.
