We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and analytical professional to join our team as the Director - Development Financial Analysis (CDU7). In this key role, you will be instrumental in guiding our development initiatives through your expertise in financial analysis and project evaluation.

The Director - Development Financial Analysis will oversee comprehensive financial assessments for various development projects, including feasibility studies and financial modeling. You will lead a skilled team dedicated to ensuring that our investments are strategically sound and financially viable, aligning with the long-term vision of Qiddiya.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Direct and manage the financial analysis and planning for all development projects, including overseeing financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
-   Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives.
-   Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to accurately gather data necessary for effective financial planning and analysis.
-   Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
-   Identify financial risks associated with development projects and propose mitigating solutions.
-   Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies used for analysis to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
-   Monitor market trends and best practices in financial analysis related to development and real estate.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
-   A minimum of 12-16 years of experience in financial analysis, particularly within the development or real estate sectors.
-   Proven expertise in conducting financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis.
-   Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to effectively interpret complex financial data.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
-   Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
-   Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel capabilities.
