## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Commercial Plumbing Foreman** who can take ownership of a job site, lead a crew, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial plumbing inside and out — from **underground and slab work to system installation and project coordination** — and who takes pride in leading a productive team.

What You'll Do

-   Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial job sites
-   Plan daily work activities and set clear productivity goals
-   Install and oversee installation of **DWV and domestic water systems**
-   Read and interpret **blueprints, specifications, and building codes**
-   Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
-   Track daily progress and complete job reports
-   Maintain a safe and organized job site

**Pay:** $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of commercial plumbing experience**
-   Proven **crew leadership or foreman experience**
-   Strong understanding of **commercial plumbing systems**
-   Experience with **underground and slab installations**
-   Ability to read **construction drawings and job specifications**
-   Reliable transportation and personal **hand tools**
-   Strong communication and leadership skills
-   Commitment to **job site safety and productivity**
-   **OSHA 10 preferred**
