## Description

Lead Grade A KLCC asset / Direct GM mentorship / Step up to department lead / Launch health studio / 40+ year stable firm / 5-day week near MRT/Monorail / Manage LEED Gold 300k sq ft asset.

What you will do:  
Drive revenue and occupancy for a major commercial office asset. Manage agency partners and oversee all digital tenant operations.  
  
\* Direct end-to-end leasing operations for a 300,000 sq ft building.  
\* Maximize rental yields while maintaining high corporate tenant retention.  
\* Oversee site viewings, tenancy agreements, and complete space handovers.  
\* Launch a new health studio and manage top property agencies.  
\* Present quarterly board performance slides to regional headquarters teams.  
  
Experience you need:  
\* 3 to 5 years of Grade A office leasing experience.  
\* Commercial Senior Executive or Manager ready for department leadership.  
\* Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or Marketing discipline.  
\* Strong track record collaborating with top international property agencies.  
\* Methodical work approach driven to hit targets with autonomy.  
  
Nice to have / Bonus:  
\* Familiarity with Autocount System for digital tenant databases.  
\* Established network of corporate contacts in retail and office.
