As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our iGaming platform.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our German-speaking clientele.
-   Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and care.
-   Assist customers in navigating our platform to enhance their gaming experience.
-   Work closely with team members to meet service level agreements and maintain high quality standards.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
-   Engage in continuous training sessions to expand your knowledge of our products and services.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in **German** and proficient in **English**; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple inquiries.
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
