Namou Properties is a growing real estate investment and development company specializing in sourcing high-potential land opportunities across the UAE. We work closely with landowners, brokers, and investors to identify strategic opportunities and drive long-term growth.

We're looking for a proactive professional to support our land acquisition efforts remotely from Lebanon.

### About the Role

As a **Land Acquisition & Research Specialist**, you will play an important role in helping Namou identify and secure new land opportunities across the UAE, with a primary focus on Ras Al Khaimah.

This is a remote role that combines research, relationship building, lead generation, and coordination. You'll communicate directly with landowners and brokers, identify potential opportunities, and connect qualified leads with our acquisition team.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Research and identify potential land opportunities through online platforms, databases, and market research.
-   Contact landowners, brokers, and developers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and property owners.
-   Qualify leads by collecting key property details (ownership, location, zoning, etc.). 
-   Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Head of Supply (COO).
-   Manage and update the CRM pipeline with active opportunities. 
-   Track market activity, new listings, and investment opportunities. 
-   Prepare reports summarizing activities, leads, and market insights.
-   Support the Supply & Inventory team with coordination and administrative tasks. 
-   Maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally at all times.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
-   Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
-   Strong research and organizational skills.
-   Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.
-   Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or customer relations is an advantage
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
