## Description

### Key Responsibilities

-   Serve as the technical subject matter expert and point of contact for the project
-   Collaborate with the project manager to develop and execute the technical implementation plan
-   Lead and coordinate the activities of the vendor technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
-   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development
-   Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise
-   Ensure the deployment and configuration of the cloud technologies meet the project's functional and performance requirements
-   Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and procedures
-   Support the testing and validation of the implemented solutions, working closely with the project stakeholders
-   Facilitate knowledge transfer to the client's IT team, enabling them to effectively manage and maintain the deployed systems.

## Requirements

-   Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in cloud technologies, particularly with Red Hat OpenStack, Palo Alto Networks, F5, and IBM Watson Cloud Pak
-   Thorough understanding of the local IT landscape and cultural nuances in Iraq to effectively lead technical initiatives and drive successful outcomes
-   Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
-   Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior team members
-   Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator, IBM Certified Solution Architect)
-   Experience in the deployment and integration of complex, multi-vendor IT solutions
-   Knowledge of the Iraqi IT and business landscape
