## Description

Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of a growing **marketing agency** seeking an experienced **Head of Marketing** to lead strategy, campaigns, and team performance. The ideal candidate will oversee digital marketing initiatives, drive client growth, and manage a team of marketing professionals.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can combine **marketing strategy, performance marketing, and team leadership**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and lead marketing strategies for multiple client accounts.
-   Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, content creators, and campaign managers.
-   Oversee digital campaigns across **SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and paid ads**.
-   Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation.
-   Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive client acquisition and retention.
-   Manage marketing budgets and campaign allocations.
-   Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
-   Present marketing insights and reports to leadership and clients.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
-   **5-8+ years of marketing experience**, with leadership experience preferred.
-   Experience managing **digital marketing campaigns and teams**.
-   Strong understanding of **SEO, paid media, analytics, and marketing automation tools**.
-   Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-   Experience working with **multiple client accounts or agency environments**.
