### Massage Therapist

**Location:** Teays Valley & Hurricane, WV  
**Pay Rate:** $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and skilled **Massage Therapist** to provide high-quality therapeutic massage services in a welcoming and client-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed massage professional who takes pride in helping clients improve their overall wellness, reduce discomfort, and achieve their individual health and relaxation goals.

### Schedule

-   **Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:** 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break
-   **Tuesday & Friday:** 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
-   **No evenings or weekends**

### Job Responsibilities

-   Provide professional therapeutic massage services based on individual client needs and treatment goals
-   Assess clients and determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment approaches
-   Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records
-   Create a comfortable, professional, and positive experience for every client
-   Educate clients on stretching, wellness, body mechanics, and appropriate self-care practices
-   Maintain clean, sanitized, organized, and properly prepared treatment rooms
-   Follow all applicable state regulations, professional standards, and workplace policies
-   Protect client privacy and confidentiality at all times
-   Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding treatment needs and concerns
-   May perform other related duties as required

### Job Requirements

-   **Current Massage Therapist License required**
-   **Current NCBTMB certification required**
-   Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to establish trust and build positive, professional relationships with clients
-   Professional, compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
-   Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality client care
-   Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
-   Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
