## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation provided. This position is an excellent opportunity for fluent Norwegian speakers to engage in a rewarding customer service role in a diverse and international environment.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support and solutions to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Effectively resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
-   Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
-   Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
-   Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and overall satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Experience in customer service or solutions roles is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Problem-solving oriented with a customer-first approach.
-   Ability to thrive in a team setting and fast-paced work environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
