## Description

**Preferred Search Group** is partnering with a growing, patient-focused dental practice in The Woodlands to find a **Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)** to join their team part-time—with strong potential for growth into additional days.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, values autonomy in their schedule, and wants to be part of a practice that is actively growing and evolving.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including prophy and periodontal maintenance
-   See approximately 8 patients per day in a single-column schedule
-   Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans
-   Partner with the clinical team to support overall patient care
-   Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered environment

### **Schedule**

-   Part-time: 2 days per week (flexible between Monday–Thursday)
-   Opportunity to grow into 3 days/week
-   Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
-   1-hour lunch break
-   Morning team meeting before patient care begins

## Requirements

-   Texas Registered Dental Hygienist License
-   2+ years of experience preferred
-   Strong clinical skills, including perio management
-   A proactive, “go-getter” mindset
-   Coachable, adaptable, and open to growth and change
-   Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
-   Ability to read the room and problem-solve effectively
