### **Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)**

### **Position Overview**

Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive care in our growing practice in Washington. This role involves treating patients of all ages, promoting preventive health measures, and managing chronic conditions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide comprehensive medical care for patients, including health maintenance, illness prevention, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
-   Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop treatment plans based on evidence and best practices
-   Perform routine office procedures as needed, including immunizations and minor outpatient procedures
-   Coordinate care with specialists and refer patients as required
-   Educate patients about preventative care, health management, and treatment options
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
-   Participate in community outreach and wellness programs
-   Engage in continuing education opportunities to remain current in the field of Family Medicine

### **Qualifications**

-   MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
-   Completion of a Family Medicine residency program
-   Board eligible or certified in Family Medicine
-   Valid state medical license in Washington
-   DEA certification

## Requirements

MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine. Valid Washington state medical license and DEA registration. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential for this role.
