### Role Overview

We are seeking a world-class Senior Product UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design strategy for our white-label, medically and education-focused app ecosystem.

This role blends UX strategy, elite visual craft, and practical execution. You will audit existing designs, define a scalable white-label design system, and elevate the user experience so it is intuitive, beautiful, and clearly communicates value from the first interaction.

This is not a “screen mover” role. We’re looking for a designer who thinks in systems, layers, and journeys—and who can simplify complexity into experiences users instantly understand and love.

### Key Objectives (First 4–6 Weeks)

- Audit existing UI, UX flows, and planned designs
- Define the overall UX strategy across products
- Build a white-label-ready design system in Figma
- Establish scalable visual, interaction, and UX standards
- Provide clear creative direction to the internal design team

### Core Responsibilities

### 1\. UX Strategy & Product Thinking

- Lead top-to-bottom UX strategy across the ecosystem
- Simplify user journeys and remove unnecessary screens
- Translate complex AI-driven functionality into intuitive experiences
- Design flows that clearly communicate value, not just functionality

### 2\. White-Label Design System (Non-Negotiable)

- Design and document a scalable white-label design system
- Use centralized variables and tokens to avoid redundancy
- Define what is customizable vs fixed across brands
- Enable fast brand changes via a small number of “design dials”
- **Prior experience designing white-label applications is mandatory.**

### 3\. Elite Visual & Interaction Design

- Create refined, premium UI with exceptional attention to detail
- Apply glassmorphism, depth, opacity, blur, gradients, and shading intentionally
- Design subtle micro-interactions and motion concepts
- Maintain a luxury baseline aesthetic that scales across brands

### 4\. User Experience That Explains Value

- Design UX that helps users understand why the product works
- Present insights, AI outcomes, and science in clear, trust-building ways
- Propose innovative onboarding approaches (interactive flows, video, audio, prompts)
- Ensure users feel confident and empowered, not confused

### 5\. Cross-Platform Design Excellence

- Deliver consistent experiences across:

- Mobile
- Tablet
- Desktop
- Web

- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and parity across devices

### 6\. Team Leadership & Communication

- Provide daily guidance to the internal design team
- Communicate via Figma, screen recordings, and voice notes
- Clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership

**Closing note**
We seek an A-player who raises the bar for product UI/UX in health technology. We will move quickly for outstanding candidates.

## Requirements

### Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

- Proven white-label product design experience (non-negotiable)
- Portfolio showing world-class UI/UX across mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Expert-level Figma skills (design systems, variables, tokens, components)
- Strong visual craft and attention to layered detail
- Excellent UX judgment and system-level thinking
- Experience with gamification, engagement loops, or feedback systems
- Fluent, professional English communication (written & spoken)
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams
- Open-minded, collaborative, and low-ego

### Nice-to-Have

- Health, behavioral health, education, or medically inclined product experience
- Motion design or Lottie animation experience
- Experience partnering closely with engineering on scalable systems

### Tools & Working Style

- Figma only (mandatory)
- Occasional Google Docs for documentation
- Most work delivered visually and systemically in Figma

### What Success Looks Like

- A clean, scalable white-label design system
- Fewer screens, clearer flows, stronger UX clarity
- A premium, memorable UI users instantly trust
- Internal designers confidently executing within your system

- USD $2,500 fixed short-term contract (project-based). Bonus for rapid delivery.
