## Description

Lead hyperscale data center builds from design to handover. 12+ yrs exp & mission-critical required.  
  
We're looking for a Project Director to join our Project Management Consultancy team and take ownership of a complex hyperscale data centre through construction, commissioning, and client handover.

What You'll Actually Be Doing  
\-12+ years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects  
\-Proven experience on hyperscale data centre or mission-critical projects  
\-Strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills  
\-Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams  
\-End-to-end delivery from design through commissioning and handover  
\-PMP or equivalent certification preferred  
  
  
What You'll Bring  
\-A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar  
\-Experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), client-side team, or Tier 1 contractor  
\-A track record of delivering major construction or infrastructure projects  
\-Leadership and communication skills that get people aligned, not just informed  
\-Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and multidisciplinary coordination
