**The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact**  
This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.

You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

**Focus**: Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments  
**Caseload**: As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the **opportunity to grow into a full-time position.**  
**Work Mode**l: We prioritize in-person supervision because we believe the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.

## Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification  
Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain  
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

\* _**Must be located in North Carolina and willing to provide in-person supervision**_

**Compensation**

Hourly rate: $90-$100 per hour with potential for growth to a salaried position
