## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. This role allows you to work in a vibrant city while ensuring a safe and positive online environment for Czech-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in line with community standards and policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and review user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
-   Accurately classify content and apply moderation policies consistently.
-   Identify and report any inappropriate or policy-violating content to relevant teams.
-   Provide insights on user behavior and content trends to help improve moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance content moderation processes.
-   Stay updated on company policies and best practices related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly.
-   Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
