As a Greek-Speaking Player Support Specialist for Riot Games, you will be the frontline ambassador assisting Greek-speaking players with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an exceptional gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent support to Greek-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication channels.
-   Investigate and troubleshoot player issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
-   Collect player feedback to help enhance Riot Games’ products and services.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support tickets.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve player support processes and gaming experiences.
-   Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge base articles.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Greek is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles and gaming communities.
-   Previous experience in customer support or player support roles, particularly in gaming, is highly valued.
-   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and empathise with players.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   A positive and team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
-   Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation costs fully covered.
