**Duties & Role:**  

The IWC will support the ICT Logistics Area under the direction of the Senior Principal Assistant and Head ICT Service Centre. Key tasks include:

-   Processing of IT asset deliveries, storage and shipments.
-   Administration and maintenance of IT assets in central database.
-   Provision of IT assets to local customer within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
-   Assists with Annual Inventory activities and, coordinate these with local CIS Points of Contacts (CISPOCS) and ICT Logistics team
-   Conducts activities related to CIS equipment discrepancies including hardware dismantling, documenting and reporting in accordance with NCI Agency directives.
-   Coordinates closely with technicians to ensure that the correct CIS equipment is requested to satisfy the user's requirements.
-   Liaises closely with Senior Principal Assistant and Head ICT Service Centre, and provide assistance as required.
-   Plans, schedules own work and monitor work progress.
-   Performs other duties as may be required.

The work will be performed on-site, mainly within the ICT Logistics Area. This includes the storage area, office and loading bay for receiving/shipping of equipment (including pallets).

The mandatory working time shall be 38 hours per week, to be performed Monday to Friday.

## Requirements

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience:**

-   The individual must hold a valid NATO SECRET Clearance for the duration of the assignment. Signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement with NCIA will be required prior to the start of work.
-   Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience.
-   Experience in Inventory Management/Asset Management methods within an Enterprise Business Application (or similar)
-   The IWC should have relevant experience in Asset Management, processing of incoming and outgoing assets. Experience with Asset Management tools, for recording and processing of assets.
-   Experience with ITSM ticketing system for monitoring and processing of incoming service requests.
-   Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Experience in the following areas would be desirable:

-   Knowledge of NATO and NCI Agency environments;
-   Knowledge of international military and civilian settings;
-   Knowledge of NATO Logistics Regulations;
-   Basic knowledge of IT hardware;
-   Knowledge of Asset Management toolsets and Microsoft Office packages.
