The Logistics Software team at Exotec is building its next exciting product. We are looking for a Product Builder to define, build, and scale it from the ground up.

This is not a traditional Product role, you will act as an **AI-native Product Builder**: combining product strategy, technical execution, and hands-on delivery using GenAI tools. You will not only define the product — you will actively help build and ship it.

## Requirements

**Define the Future**

-   Define and communicate a clear product vision and measurable outcomes for the new product, aligned with the overall Exotec strategy.

-   Co-create the go-to-market strategy, identifying target customers, value propositions, and early adoption opportunities.
-   Identify unmet needs in warehouse operations through direct customer engagement, field insights, and data analysis.
-   Explore how AI-native workflows (agents, LLMs, automation) can redefine warehouse orchestration and execution.

**Build & Ship**

-   Drive end-to-end product development: from problem framing to prototype to production deployment in hundreds of warehouses. You will build a product from 0 to 1 and then 1 to scale.
-   Translate strategy into clear epics, user stories, and technical architectures alongside engineers and architects.
-   Build and ship product artefacts (user stories, specs, test plans, mock-ups, features, etc.) using agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), contributing directly to production code when needed.
-   Deliver early, iterate fast, and continuously improve based on real-world usage.
-   Partner deeply with engineering: this is a hands-on role, not a purely managerial one.

**Scale & Execute**

-   Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software at speed.
-   Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, balancing short-term wins with long-term bets.
-   Ensure strong synchronization across Exotec products (hardware, Deepsky, data analytics, maintenance software), planning and managing dependencies across teams. Ensure clarity of scope and priorities for all stakeholders, resolving conflicts and making trade-off decisions when needed.
-   Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful product adoption.
-   Represent the product internally and externally, communicating progress, trade-offs, and impact to senior stakeholders.

### Who you are?

-   5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or technical leadership roles.
-   Builder mindset: experience launching new products, startups, or internal innovations.
-   Proven track record of shipping complex software products in fast-paced environments.
-   High technical acumen.
-   Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs).
-   Ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to prototype to production.
-   Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
-   Strong prioritization and execution skills.
-   Full professional fluency in English (C1+).

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience with warehouse execution, orchestration, or supply chain software.
-   Founder experience.

### **Location:** Wasquehal, France (Lille metropolitan area)

### **Work model:**

On-site or hybrid (~50% in-office presence). This can be structured as a few days per week or one week on-site / one week remote, depending on team needs and individual preferences.
